The anniversary edition retains the Classic 650’s signature teardrop-shaped fuel tank and nacelle-mounted headlamp. The new finish is complemented by a gilded 125-year crest, special side-panel badging and hand-painted pinstripes. According to Royal Enfield, the brass base of the paintwork draws inspiration from its earliest motorcycles dating back to 1901.
The motorcycle is limited to 125 units per key region globally, making it a relatively exclusive addition to the Classic 650 range. Registrations opened at 2 PM IST on October 16, 2026, and will remain open until the sale date on October 28. Deliveries are scheduled to begin in November 2026.
Mechanically, the anniversary edition continues to use Royal Enfield’s established 650 Twin platform. The company has not announced any mechanical changes specific to this version, with the focus instead on its distinctive finish and commemorative detailing.
The Classic 650 combines retro styling with a twin-cylinder powertrain, and this anniversary edition builds on that formula with a design inspired by the brand’s heritage. The launch also adds to Royal Enfield’s ongoing celebrations marking 125 years of motorcycle manufacturing.
