Polling for the 2026 edition commenced in late-February, drawing significant participation from the legal community. This year hundreds of individual votes were cast by Nevada-licensed attorneys to recognize their peers for excellence and integrity.
To ensure the list’s prestige (only about 3% of licensed attorneys in Nevada made the list), every nominee underwent a rigorous verification process. Votes were weighted to emphasize peer recognition outside of one’s own firm, and each attorney was vetted for standing with the State Bar of Nevada.
The 2026 Top Rank honors are headlined by three standout representatives of the legal community in Nevada. Top vote getters for the north, south and Best Up and Coming lists were asked to appear on the cover. Featured this year is James Robertson with McDonald Carano representing the northern Nevada attorneys, Briana Martinez with Kaempfer Crowell representing the southern Nevada list and Jackson Wong of Holland & Hart appearing on behalf of the Best Up and Coming list. Congratulations to all the attorneys who have earned a place on this year’s list through their dedication to the profession and the Nevada community.
